ICM Mechanical is looking to find qualified HVAC Chiller Service Technicians to help assist in installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and management of complex projects and opportunities.
We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable and able to build relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:
Maintain, troubleshoot and repair on a wide variety of commercial heating and air conditioning systems Conduct maintenance on boilers, chillers, cooling towers, rooftop units, and other HVAC equipment Provide customers with a high-quality experience Service, repair, and maintenance Systems including VRF, RTU's, Chillers, Boilers, Pumps, PTACS, Split Systems Training for manufactures such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Carrier, Trane, Lennox provided Troubleshoot installations and correct deficiencies without direct supervision Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency service calls on existing systems Be proficient in knowledge of following equipment:
VAVs, Exhaust Fans, Unit Vents, AHUs, Hot Water Systems, and Chiller Water Systems Read and understand wiring diagrams, mechanical, and electrical drawings Required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or demonstrated equivalent.
Five years of experience as a HVAC maintenance mechanic in an industrial environment or demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience.
Regularly lift 50 lbs or more Regularly climb ladders, steps, and scaffolding Repetitive motions:
bend, stoop, squat, kneel, stretch, reach, wrist movement Work at an accelerated pace in emergency conditions Ability to differentiate colors pertaining to wire color-coding Tools and clean license required Job Type:
