Program Director - Behavioral Health Services

Are you excited to join an agency new to New York but with a long stand standing history of providing high quality care? Well, we are excited to meet YOU! Our Program Director will provide clinical supervision to our Other Licensed Practitioners (OLP Clinicians) who provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client's home for the purpose of treating a youth's behavioral health needs.
We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote a families' strengths! The Program Directors work to ensure compliance with all regulatory parties and performance specifications.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related human services field Independent NY state licensure is required (LCSW or LMHC) Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred Minimum 5 years of experience working with children, youth, and families Bilingual English / Spanish preferred

Salary Range $65,000 - $80,000 Recommended Skills English Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw) People Services Psychology Social Work Spanish Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
