Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Upsell additional products or services to customers - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Process customer transactions and handle cash - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Provide information about product availability, pricing, and promotions - Assist with inventory management and restocking Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to upsell and promote products effectively - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Multilingual or bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus - Previous experience in jewelry sales is preferred but not required - Ability to handle stock and maintain inventory accuracy - Knowledge of retail sales techniques and customer service principles Note:
