This position will be full-time.
Job Responsibilities Interact directly with customers and respond to questions in a friendly manner.
Take orders over the phone, in person, via email, and through website.
Develop a working understanding of the basic Blossom Flower Shops' Design Standard and Quality Control.
Consistently meet individual sales goals while exhibiting the Blossom Flower Shops sales strategy.
Build customer loyalty through active client development and follow-through.
Day to day responsibilities are based on business needs and include, but may not be limited to front end and phone sales, office inventory & restocking, marketing, and website & product maintenance.
Lead by example and model behavior that reflects the company's core values.
Follow the established Blossom Flower Shops Sales Techniques and Service Develop strong product knowledge as well as company history, information and news knowledge.
Contribute to a positive atmosphere that is fun, professional, productive and team oriented.
Takes initiative, doesn't wait for direction - Builds for the future - Takes personal ownership and accountability - Is resourceful in getting things done.
