CARE TRANSITION CLINICAL COORD
RN, BSN 5 years clinical experience.
This RN must be knowledgeable of inpatient criteria ex.
Interqual or Milliman Care Guidelines and will have experience in utilization review.
S/he will review medical records in our electronic system, complete concurrent and/or retrospective reviews in the system and electronically submit to health plans.
Familiarity with the Epic electronic record is a plus.
